Weight measurements are recorded on certified digital scales at collection or gate verification. Commercial scrap rates are indicative and finalized based on quality and dry weight.

Green Points earned represent environmental contribution and certified CO₂ emission reductions. Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable.

All collectors (kabariwalas), recycling units, and households must treat each other with respect and maintain transparent handoffs verified by QR codes.

When the weight is confirmed at the doorstep by the authorized kabadiwala, the household is paid 20% of the actual amount. The remaining 20% balance is paid after the load is weighed and confirmed in the authorized Recycling Unit.

We collect only verified WhatsApp mobile numbers (for secure OTP login and pickup alerts), service address, and pincode to route authorized local collectors.

Your address and phone are shared only with the assigned verified collector during active pickup time windows. We never sell or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers.

All authentication tokens and communication channels are encrypted. You can request deletion of your account and personal records anytime from Settings.
